This is amazing! Is this 3dstudio and maxscript? I had no idea that you can do such things in 3ds!!
same here. would be great to have a tutorial on something like this...
it is indeed great! i don't understand though, how do you make the model interactive with script?
the script is installing expressions (and some float scripts...) that are then evaluated on the fly...
very interesting... i am wondering why maxscript is so underestimated in architecture. everyone seems to be working with grasshopper or MEL
I wouldn't place grasshopper on the same level with MaxScript and MEL! Grasshopper is another user interface between you and the code, plus is extremely limited in relation to those two scripting languages. architects use grasshopper because they are too lazy to start learning code and take control in their hands. that is why 99% of what is coming out of grasshopper looks the same!
